Shipping fee is calculated by the total weight of your order based on USPS rate. Anything under 0.75 lb for domestic, 1 lb for international will be shipped via USPS First-Class Mail (no tracking), and anything over 0.76 lb for domestic and 1 lb for international will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking number. This will enable us to offer better service for your shopping experience at the Domo online store. We ship orders within 24 hours except Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. Under 0.75 lb : First-Class Mail (no tracking number) Delivery time: 1-2 business weeks.
Over 0.76 lb : Priority Mail with tracking number. Delivery time: 2-5 business days.
[ International ]
Under 1 lb : First-Class Mail International (no tracking number) Delivery time: 2-3 business weeks.
Over 1 lb : Priority Mail International with tracking number. Delivery time: 10 business days.

International Buyers – Please Note:
Customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to these charges after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.
To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, consider the following:
- Provide us with a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
- Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
- We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
Domo's Return Policy:
We will accept returns on defective, damaged or incorrect items, and the customer will have a choice of a full refund or a replacement. We will do our best to package your items well and safe from damage that may occur during shipment. However, cosmetic damage that may happen to the product casing during shipping (including minor hairline cracks to jewel cases), does not warrant a return as damaged.
We accept returns on CDs, DVDs, vinyl records, and VHS purchased from domomusicgroup.com if we are notified within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase for all domestic and international orders. These items must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap to receive a full refund. If the reason for return is not a result of our error, the cost for shipping the item will be deducted from your refund.
